The company contacted my fiance last month, and offered their services to lower our mortgage payment to the depreciated value of the house.
They said that they don’t collect fees upfront but has suggested that we place our mortgage payments (which are current) in a trust account from now on until the process is over.
I cannot find any information on the company only a VERY unprofessional website. Is this a scam??
