Your question is VERY vague. Every mortgage is unique in its own right. For example; some may have had an ARM (adjustable rate mortgage), some may have had a balloon (a mtg. due in 15 years with a 30 year amortization)….some may have filed chapter 13 BK…, some may have been in default (foreclosure) and opted to settle with their bank.
Please be more specific.

My payments went down 4$00.00 a month. It all depends on how much you owe and what your rate is right now. I owe 360000 and my rate went down 1.25% from 7.25% to 6% fixed.
